Specific guarantee and refund conditions apply only to the purchase of the full license after the trial period, and are communicated through the official service channels before completing the purchase.

Refund requests must be sent through the official support channels, including the purchase details.

4. Notes

• The refund refers exclusively to the software license amount.
• Losses or results from trades made on the customer's account are not refundable by Velqor Finance, as the trading capital belongs to the customer and remains in their own broker account.
