1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Velqor Finance software, an algorithmic automated trading system developed for use on MetaTrader 5, including the free trial period.

2. Nature of the product

Velqor Finance is exclusively operational automation software. It is not a broker, bank, investment fund, securities advisory or asset management service. The company does not receive deposits for trading, does not manage customer funds and does not offer individual financial advice.

3. Free trial

The free 5-day trial with a US$ 100 bonus is demonstrative in nature, allowing the user to experience the technology in a practical environment. The bonus is intended exclusively for testing the technology and does not constitute the customer's own capital, a promise of results or a guarantee of profitability.

4. License

• After the trial period, continuing to use the system requires purchasing the full license.
• The software is delivered in compiled form. The source code, internal logic, parameters and formulas are the intellectual property of Velqor Finance and are not provided.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, redistribution, resale or unauthorized sharing of the software is prohibited.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Have an account with a broker compatible with MetaTrader 5 and with the asset used by the system.
• Keep MetaTrader 5 running and connected so the system can operate.
• Define operational settings according to their own profile and responsibility.
• Understand that trading involves risk of partial or total loss of capital.

6. No guarantee of results

The software does not guarantee profitability, reaching targets or any financial result. Past results, simulations and backtests do not represent a guarantee of future results. Performance depends on market conditions, broker, spread, latency, capital and settings used.

7. Support and updates

Support assists with installation and use of the system through the official channels provided after the trial is unlocked, and does not offer financial advice. Updates to MetaTrader 5, the broker, the asset or the operating system may require adjustments and new software versions.

8. Age restriction

The product is intended exclusively for adults over 18.
